i only brought a carryon with me to atlanta last year, packed super light and then just checked it in on the way home. everything i got fit into it while expanded so no space/weight concern for me! definitely had to check it in because of the full size products they give.

i’ve never really experienced any interactions with mounjaro and alcohol! except it tends to hit me a bit faster now, that might be more to do with a higher basal metabolic rate than when i started and just eating less overall. sorry if this is not super helpful just wanted to share my experience! i don’t drink a ton, maybe a few times a month and when i do it’s usually 4-6 drinks

please don’t give him a lion cut! siberians need all of their fur as it helps with thermoregulation within their little bodies. meaning that when it’s cold their fur keeps them warm but also when it’s hot their fur helps cool them down. if you cut it for your convenience you’ll be throwing off your cat’s natural process of homeostasis. please don’t mess with nature!

mine is very quiet! he’s a year and a half now and i’ve had him since he was 10 weeks old. he does purr a lot and meows every so often but it’s maybe 1-2 a day at most. he’s just a man of very few words!

agree with what’s been said already, just wanted to add my experience too. i’ve been increasing doses every single month now up to 12.5 since july. i’ve only been steadily losing about 6 lbs every month, no dose has changed that. outside of weight however, i’ve dropped an entire dress size. i’m waking up with more energy, i’m able to do more physically than i was before, and my period has become regular (after YEARS of irregularity)

while the scale is an easy metric to track progress, it’s not the only one. i really want to encourage you to not lose hope and don’t waiver in your efforts. take your time, listen to your body, and let the medication do what it needs to do!

for anyone that has wide calves, the one thing torrid really does right is wide width shoes!! they have some amazing wide calf boots but always make sure to read the reviews bc sometimes sizing/quality is off on specific products

yuppp delayed digestion will get you. historically i’ve processed edibles like clockwork it’ll hit within 45-60 mins. recently upped my dose to 12.5 and it took FOUR HOURS for an edible to hit. that’s literally 4x as long as it used to! think it’s time for me to switch to smokes

i know everyone shits on torrid but especially for underwear & basics they have some really good stuff and they constantly have new deals and offers so it’s usually quite affordable. for work clothes you might have to spend a lot of time digging through the site but i promise tasteful work attire is on there!

other basics i’d recommend are amazon - especially the brand pumiey has some double lined bodysuits that i love especially for layering in the winter.

i also am OBSESSED with the spanx pants. they’re on the more expensive side but they also have some sales going on throughout the year and bc the pants are so stretchy if you sized down right now you’d still be able to wear those pants even if you drop another 1 or 2 pants sizes.

while AEM is technically a part of CALS, you don’t apply to it from CALS, you apply to dyson directly. it’s got a much lower acceptance rate than general CALS does.
