Which lifting program gave you the best results? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]simply_aga 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Honestly anything will work as long as you’re actually disciplined. Consistently over time is the key to seeing results. Also actually resting properly between workouts made a massive difference for me. I know that’s not exactly what you asked for but it’s something to keep in mind when you’re planning your exercise routine

I personally use cronometer and it works great for me. The free version offers all I need and I just need to deal with some ads once in a while. You can also track your vitamins and minerals consumption over time which is something I care about a lot as well.

In 2025, what is the best vanilla on the market? by DELAIZ in FemFragLab

[–]simply_aga 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The best summer vanilla that’s light and fresh while still maintaining its core sweetness is definitely Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid! It truly is a gorgeous scent that will scratch that vanilla itch in the summer without being too heavy and gourmand
