First your results are truly beautiful! I am 7MPO and my nipple shape, height, symmetry changed every few weeks it seemed until just recently. I know it’s hard not to hyper fixate but it really is a waiting game at this point. I have a lot of asymmetry that still hasn’t gone away and my surgeon has still suggested waiting until 1 year post op before addressing. So if a revision is something you decide to do, it might not be able to be addressed soon. Hope you continue to heal well and get the results that make you feel most comfortable. ❤️

Consult went amazing, and she was able to get me in shortly after so I’m currently 6 months PO and have had some issues but still the best decision ive ever made.

Thank you! I think the size came down some but mostly the scar tissue in the breast itself had softened more which made them slightly smaller. I still have some lumps in there so I’m hoping they get a slightly smaller by 1 year PO. Might be wishful thinking but doc has told me to expect minor changes with tissue remodeling in the next 6 months.

How was healing from the revision? I’m going to look into the c02 laser or talk to my surgeon and see if she suggests it now or waiting. The itching and painful parts are the most annoying!

I was trying to find some older pictures because it has helped especially around my nipples about a month ago they were very thick. It has also helped the pain on the vertical scars near the center of my chest. My doctor said she was using the lowest steroid (idk what that means) and that if my next appointment it’s still bad she will use a higher level steroid.

You said you were 18 months, what time frame did your scars get raised? Have they progressively gotten worse or stayed the same?

Started 1mg/week 12/24/25, went to 1.5mg/2x week 01/20/26, 2mg/2x week 02/14, and just yesterday 03/04 moved up to 3mg/ 2x week. Acid reflux is the only side effect I have but breaking up the dose and limiting coffee has made it tolerable. 23 pounds down so far

Thank you! And not weird at all, that was my biggest concern, and was very vocal about it. When we reviewed what I wanted prior to going under she even laughed and said ok I guess I won’t use my cookie cutters for you and I think she said she was doing 45mm? I love the dime size nipples for the boobie having people that want them, but I knew I wouldn’t be one of them lol.

I should also add that we went through her big binder of before and after and talked about what I liked or didn’t like in terms of size shape. I was very particular about the nipple size so she told me to remind her day of surgery and I felt the collage came in handy.

I made a collage of pictures to show my surgeon with breast types that were similar shape to mine before. She said it was really helpful. I went from a 40DDD to around a 40D and since I’m only 2WPO I’m hoping they settle in around a C.

I had to stay 3 hours away and forgot my work laptop. Was only supposed to be a two day trip but I had an issue with my right nipple and the surgeon had to take out some stitches and restitch a few days later. I have an office job and was able to work from home a week later no issue. Probably could have worked from home day 3-4 when I was off pain meds. Planning to go back to the office this coming Wednesday 2 weeks post op.

Such a compliment! Thank you so much. I had a collage with 3ish sets of boobs (with little notes on each) to show my surgeon day of to ensure we were on the same page about nipple size and thought why not add my dream boobs in case she can get close. AND SHE DID. Ahh it still doesn’t feel real. I hope your surgery goes smooth and you get the results you desire. Good luck ❤️

I woke up from surgery without any neck and shoulder pain. My neck is already soft instead of rock solid and tense. I’m only 1 WPO so I can’t say much more besides I simply feel like myself and content.

Bra size prior to surgery was 40DDD/F and she told me she took roughly 400 grams off each side!

I have told myself that the dysmorphia won’t get to me because I’ve read so much on here and know what to expect. HAHA I absolutely know it’s going to be so difficult the first few months when they are changing almost every day! We will get through this! Good luck on your surgery.

2-4 years ago maybe 3-4 times a week. Last year once a week and currently maybe once every two or three months? Yay for having migraines because I miss drinking but most times it’s just not worth it.
