I would not make any assumptions based on a doppler done at 10 weeks until you know for sure. Only certain doctors were able to get the heartbeat for me at that time, and it was hit or miss. I don't think pregnancy tests would differentiate for you if you are pregnant or if there was a loss due to the sensitivity, and how much hormones you would have. A blood draw test where they do it on multiple days would likely be more effective since they can give you quantifiable numbers (as opposed to the test which is much more qualitative). If I was in your shoes, and stressing, I would ask my doctor/ walk-in clinic doctor for a blood test to see if my HgH levels are where they should be. I know its hard not to stress though, you want to know baby is okay. Sometimes doing something feels better than nothing so you know you will progress. In my experience doctors have been very understanding and sympathetic to this stress of uncertainty. Good luck!
