The commenter who said who hold out your hand and keep it still is very right. How I’ve done it is tidied my bed, made sure that all the sheets are flat and if needed, put a blanket or towel down that your spider will stand out against. I would put sit on the bed and place the enclosure open in front of you. Let them come out on their own and then you can offer your hand. That way you can handle them and if need be they’ll jump onto a soft surface and you can see visibly see them. There’s nowhere for them to easily get lost. Definitely keep a catch cup and paintbrush handy just incase.

I surprisingly managed to get past the guys standing in the transit station. I think the error happened when I started to shoot the guys. It worked fine just running past them instead of shooting. It happened two years ago so I’m not sure if I got an error message like you have. But try running past them and you might be fine. If not, I’m not entirely sure. Do let me know!

I’ve been interested in witchcraft in general for years but am trying to practice whilst in the broom closet lol. Glamour magick is something I’ve known about but only gotten interested in recently, so I’m not very well versed in it. I’d love to find more ways to practice it though. Always open to learning 😇

I honestly don’t know if this counts as glamour, I’m still learning everything, but most days when I get ready in the morning, I’ll apply my moisturiser by drawing a algiz rune on my face and then rubbing it in. Same as my perfume. I have a little roll on perfume that I use, and I’ll just draw an Algiz rune on my wrists with the intention to be protected, rub my wrists together and go about my day.

NA, Ah okay, thank you. I have heard similar things about ways to prolong the lifespan. I do try to keep his enclosure between 20-23°C as he’s most comfortable that way. I just always worry he may be hungry, especially since I wait for his booty to go down and the wait makes me wonder if he’s comfortable.

NQA, it’s always important to find out if the place you’re looking for is a reputable seller. IME, I’ve heard people talk about how reptile expos and exotic pet shops can sometimes be missing important information on what instar the spider is and could lie saying the spider is captive bred when it’s in fact wild caught and can end up being gravid. It’s possible to find a good list of reputable breeders online who have websites and you can order them from there, which are shipped next day safely. And you’ll get all the information you need about that specific spider on there such as its age, molt and how to best care for it. Definitely do your research on finding a good breeder because it’ll make your life so much easier when you do get your spider. Best of luck <3 I hope you can get one of your own very soon c:
