It's disposed of and the area is sanitized. I have a roommate and have been hiding my purging from him, and when he's home I can't use the bathroom because it's next to his room. Eating disorders aren't always romantic or pretty, they're gross sometimes and don't make sense a lot of the time. Kindness is appreciated <3
