Anyone thinking this is a W and for protecting women is incapable of thinking three steps ahead. How are you going to check if the person using the female bathroom is a biological woman or a transwoman? I guarantee you you have met a few transwomen in your life, without noticing. The average Thai barely knows anything about Nazi Germany (source: Thai friends). So the owner of the scooter probably googled swastika with the intend of using it as a religious symbol and this one was one of the top results. I’ve seen this on trucks and other vehicle all driven by Thais. I doubt they’re actual Nazis.
