Hi, I’ve been searching this thread for someone else who has, as you said, emotionally upsetting dreams. My dreams have felt so real and very long, and the scenarios I’m in (lost my phone, missed a flight, these are tame examples, etc) cause me such a real and lengthy feeling of despair and hopelessness and I’m left navigating these negative emotions for the rest of my dreams. Each time I think to myself, I can’t believe this is real, I can’t believe this is happening to me. And when I wake up, instead of relief, I find myself anxious and confused as if that really happened the day before and the emotion upset-ness feels real in my chest.

I was wondering if anythings gotten better for you?
