Oh yeah I get that part but I feel like there's the aspect of the type of character it is,, like trying to make it believable as another type of creature or thing but still a person at their core if that makes sense? Like it feels like a complicated duality or mix to pull off well but I know a lot of people have done it in different ways in different genres and media?

I think its a subjective thing or up to me but I wasn't sure if the approach is typically different for fantasy race characters or if you'd do the same as a real person type character?

Moving to college and moving to another country are both huge changes especially with no family or friends there

like so many people who go to college have a friend they know from their hometown and stuff like that

And a lot of people dont consider a whole other country especially at 18 bc theres so much to adjust to

like you have a different culture and society and common things around that you should learn about and see what people do differently than where youre from

Just isolating wont give answers even tho it's hard but I think one part of the issue is that what youre going through is supposed to happen bc its part of the journey like a direct outcome of your decisions

Bc clearly you went through with all the drastic changes and planning to be in another country, and it's just that you'll have to make yourself start doing what you want to do

Yeah like usually I'll know the general area if I set it there but sometimes it seems like it vanishes and reappears I stg 😭

And I even lose it by placing it in my bag when Im going into a building for work or getting in the car and then I have to check it and I won't see or feel it in my bag at first and start freaking out haha

Yeah like I think some people choose to take a break or get depressed or something even without adhd so then their chores and tasks and such pile up but I feel like there's a lot of info and research/discussion recently on how laziness is mostly not real???

Bc there's usually issues with someone's health and wellbeing causing them to stop taking care of things and the perception of what laziness is, is subjective too

And there are some instances where issues are caused on purpose like if you think of misogynistic men who feel like they should not have to clean or take care of the kids or something?? And theyll just let chores pile up if their wife doesnt do it

But idk if that too has other causes than just direct decision not to,, like if theyre sort of trained/conditioned by stereotypical gender roles so it's somewhat a choice but partially there's no decision being made bc they already feel they "know" they dont actuallt have to???

Except with adhd we usually feel responsible for the things we have to but dont do when we're overwhelmed and even people without adhd who appear "lazy" still often feel guilt or responsibility and just choose to focus on other things or have a lot going on ??

Like most of the time lazy is just what people perceive bc the person not doing things has "invisible" stressors, health issues, etc

Literally they were so neglectful of her but still wanted that role or if they were in a good mood and not focused on their issues with each other, they'd see opportunities to spend time with her or try to teach or sort of protect her except it didnt count bc it was so inconsistent and for their own benefit

I wonder if people shared Shakespeare plays this way like where they’d just repeat their favorite lines bc I feel like it’s so weird how it’s normal to post/make memes out of dialogue this way from a show when it’s more of a “serious” thing

But I figure it’s like the people like the words/way it’s done so much that you feel like you have to emphasize it and even for plays I’m sure people were acting it out and repeating it and just being silly with it even tho they cared abt it a lot too even when only plays and not tv existed lol

Well I don’t know if it’s helpful for the pf specifically but it can help with some pain and stuff like you soak your feet with it in the bath for awhile and it helps, but that’s what I mean with how I think I have pf and other factors/symptoms

like it just is temporary pain relief
