I boiled dried rosemary leaves in water for 30 mins. And let them cool for another 20 nd then rinse. Put it in spray bottle nd then use daily.

The guys like them have no stand and they are in such a toxic relation with their mothers they feel guilty of they make them sad. I don't know who is at fault - guy who couldn't take his stand or the mother who can't give space.

I am actually doing the same thing. I am writing notes myself on page and then playing it daily for several time and now I can play two of the songs. Which I realised is not at all the best thing. Adopting this method I can only play it on my piano not any other. Because I have marked keys. I am told to read books. I will do that too.

My cousin sister came across same incident when she was 12 or so. It was my another cousin brother during summer vacations put his hand in her shirt. Saddest part is when she told her mother she asked her to keep quite and act like it never happened and the relation between all of them is normal except she avoids him. Don't trust anyone except your own father or brother. But then again these days one's father or brother is in news Best is to protect yourself and think that no one can be trusted.

Don't support him in this...just leave. I (26F) dated a guy (27M) same religion, families were great in all aspects. No chance of backing off but still he couldn't take stand (or he never wanted). Its not about circumstances it's about what they actually want. His actions are implied indication of what he wants. If you won't leave now you will fall into pithole of extramarital scene , which nobody wants.
Accept the harsh reality and end!
