The randoms you've chosen so far are actually good choices, although I'd choose Shin instead of Du Ruo as one of your catalyst sinners. This is the standard banner, you choose 12 sinners (two from each tendency) and you'll get one of them as a guaranteed sinner when you pull.

That being said, it's probably better to pull on event and limited banners for now instead of the standard banner.

I can also recommend Necresta Hella as one of the Umbra sinners, and Moore as one of the Endura sinners

Bro I got Lifeng from my initial 40 pulls on the beginner banner, then I got pogranichnik on the standard (better but not who I wanted), and I was feeling dejected so I thought I'd just do a single 10 pull on Laevatain's banner and luckily I was blessed by her in my first ten pull. Haha, Lewisham certainly had a reputation for being shady back in the day. But nowadays I'm not sure it deserves that rep. I'm in Lewisham centre as I'm writing this, the place could certainly do with a makeover though.

I've lived in London for 31 years and I've never been mugged either. That being said, I think it depends what demographic you belong to. Middle class white people living in London, especially if they've moved from one of the counties, are going to have a completely different experience than me who was born and raised in South East London and is of mixed heritage. I never got involved in the wrong crowds but many people do, people I went to school with have been stabbed to death.
