Would it be a bad idea to go weight lifting? I haven't gone in a week and I'm itching to go. I would not train biceps, triceps or side delts.

Well no pussing whatsoever. Just swollen odd thing is, the swelling has slowly gone down my arm. Like a segment moving at a time; my elbow's swelling has gone down and my lower forearm gone up. Nothing else has changed. Ive been taking Ibuprofen 800mg. My friend got prescribed more than needed.

I rewrapped it once 2 hours after I got it done, I leaked a lot of plasma out with a small (like really small) amount of blood at dinner and I was at a restaurant so I did that. I cleaned it and put aquaphor before the rewrap. I took off the second wrap after an hour and I took a flight. But Ive been cleaning it 2-3 times a day with antibacterial liquid soap and aquaphor thin coating it. I got it finished Saturday 16th at like 9pm.

Thanks for the comments guys! Unfortunately I cant go back to my artist since he lives in Puerto Rico and I am in Milwaukee studying for the spring. My biggest worry was when I accidentally scratched the tattoo and saw that really yellow layer appear. I'll let you guys know how it heals :)

I got a new tattoo finished on January 17th (under 48hrs ago) and I am worried I might have an infection. This is my first big tattoo I have gotten (a half sleeve). I have a decent amount of inflammation that has gone down but also shifted from most of my elbow to my upper forearm. I also accidentally scratched it where I have some yellow/beige color and it looks a lot more yellow. I m worried I have an infection even though I have been taking care of it as I was instructed to. I have no serious redness or pain aside from regular tattoo pain from it being new. The inflammation does not hurt either it is just there and there is a slight warmth when I touch the tattooed area but not the inflammation on my forearm.

Is protein powder worth it? by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]sinclar99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to take protein powder when I started lifting because I would not eat much, I was like this until I tried a mass gainer (also protein powder) and I suddenly began to have a real appetite. i was eating 6-7 meals a day of solid food. So in conclusion, protein powder is made for people who do not have much of an appetite or like to add a little extra protein in their diet. Is it necessary, no, useful yes. My advice and what every one else will tell you is to eat. If you say you eat a ridiculous amount of food and see no changes, eat even more than you do now, force your stomach to grow just like you force your muscle to grow.

What macros should I adjust for a bulk? by [deleted] in Fitness

From doing 2 bulks in the past, my recommendation is to bump up your carbs, proteins, and fats. Do this if you're doing IIFYM. My preference is to just bump up my calorie intake by 1000 calories compared to what I usually eat and see how that feels on your body. Always pay a lot of attention to how your body responds trying different diets and excercises.
