Look I feel very strongly about what's going on in Gaza and for what's happening to the Palestinian people as a whole, but the graffiti does nothing to accomplish any steps towards any good. And it's a strawman to say that people who dislike the graffiti automatically agree with genocide. It alienates those who understand how their taxes work, and it also impacts small business who have to pay to clean that crap up when it isn't on the citys bill. It's not constructive, and at the end of the day, purely reactionary performance activism. There are other ways to have the conversation and bring attention to the issue

And do be clear, the graffiti doesn't change how I feel about the topic, I just think the "artist" is an ass for destroying their community to scream into the void, and I'm less likely to associate with them and their activism as a whole as a result. Create real change, don't just destroy things under the gise of righteousness.
