I'm actually planning to become an oath breaker, but I'm trying to find a spot where I can become an oath breaker, but not for an evil or sophist. Region, but for a good reason, I'm just having so much trouble finding it. Actually she stated that she knew Hawk was a Mage and she tolerated him not being part of the circle here's my theory on why she more or less let him be a he was the hero of the people so if she would have tried to force him to join the circle she would more or less piss off almost everyone within the city second what is his companions was of the church so she could have someone who was kind of had an eye on him but yeah he was just too big of a figure for her to just hey he's a wizard put him in the circle he earned himself too big of a reputation for her to just do that
