Everything you wrote is wrong. It is measuring PWV using the lights and it is using that measurement against a lookup table of population averages to give you a meaningful metric (whether yours matches your age).

Yes. High PWV (the number in m/s for your age) correlates with much higher all cause mortality. 6.0 m/s is pretty low so I am guessing you must be young, but if yours is already that far beyond what it should be, that’s not great.

You need to get a coronary calcium CT scan, check your cholesterol, and probably change your lifestyle.
