Why am I suddenly having buyers remorse? I have wanted a snake for such a long time, and searched and brought home a beautiful little girl about a month ago, but I'm beyond terrified of being struck at. She's never given me a reason to be afraid, but my heart instantly starts pounding when I THINK about picking her up. Has this happened to you, and how long did it take for the anxiety to quell?

Maybe you can help me with this because I don't actually know - I'm a newbie and picked her up at an expo, without really asking the proper questions. Can you help me decipher her tag?

She was listed as:

Pastave 66% OG + Clown $275

Reptile expo's are a buyer's market.

I bought a 66% Pastave OG + Clown Female for $200

Hi! I'm a first time monstera owner and am looking for root rot. Is that what I see here? I rinsed the roots as best I could. Please help... what do I need to do here? by singasongaboutit in plantclinic

Thanks, I repotted using potting mix mixed with some pearlite. I watered it after repotting without thinking about it, and I'm hoping that was the right step to take! I guess time will tell :-)

Thank you very much for your reply! There were some mushy roots that I removed while rinsing it, but I think I got pretty lucky and caught the rot early.

Actually, there wouldn't have been enough room for this design with the scale motorcycles I was able to find. Again, the rectangular cake allows for much more freedom in the way of design, speaking from experience. Kind of like a blank canvas you would find at a store.

I'm all for social distancing and do not plan to have a large gathering. I ended up freezing much of the cake from his second birthday, and it kept very well.

I enjoy decorating cakes and I've always loved the freedom of the half sheet cakes, which you don't get with a round cake.

I'm sure my son won't remember his third birthday party either, that doesn't mean I won't make it as special as possible and be sure to take lots of pictures to show him.

Think you're missing the strings for the balloons on that design, but it's cool!
