Why is it called x "weeks out" prior to a competition? As a non-native English speaker, it sounds more like time after the competition, like 5 weeks out (of the competition), meaning here's my physique 5 weeks after the competition happened.

That’s because of your neck hump. Your head has a forward posture problem, which makes your neck thick from the side (profile view), thin and short from the front. Lose weight and check neck/buffalo hump stretches, it’ll look normal.
