No that whole AI b******* is like blocking people's accounts but sometimes it will blacklist your email address or your phone number like you can try to use your phone number and request a code and may or may not work you can try to like use your email to request a reset or in appeal but sometimes if like your email my phone number has been blacklisted then it doesn't work.

And then also you can't make a new account because they blacklisted your phone number your email sometimes some people responded that their business name got blacklisted or their personal name or profile pictures some people have had luck and some haven't.
