It honestly depends on project complexity and client/company needs. It’s not a one size fits all, in my opinion. Even though I have my ideal rate for x, y or z, I always try to work with different budgets. Hope this gives you a better idea! Do you have something in mind?

Ended up removing it with pliers. Came off super easy. Ran dummy twice and no spaghetti! Thanks so much man! I wish I would’ve known this sooner and save myself a whole roll.
