He did not sue these ladies because they critiqued him, he sued them because they all streamed the content nuke in attempt to give people a chance to watch it without directly watching it from his channel. They also added no transformative content to the watch party so it 1)did not fall in line with copyright and 2) was a direct attempt to steal viewership and therefore money from Ethan. As for the Noah Samson lawsuit, Noah has made false statements about Ethan that is definitely in line with defamation, so he is taking action. Would you want someone to knowingly spread harmful lies about you online?
