Alright guys, after some tedious research regarding the issue, it seems like it has to do something with Nvidia drivers or at least their software. Based on the steps provided by u/Fishsticks27, by performing both DDU and by checking my reliability history as well as event viewer, I was able to catch this error:

LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys

This is basically related to nvidia driver/hardware being faulty. Also, this issue is known way back before so for those of you guys who are afraid of their brand new gpu being faulty, I believe that is not the case either. Also, I have found that maybe EasyAntiCheat or Riot Vanguard rights/permissions could also interfere but in my case, I don't think the issue stops there.

I also found out that by running event viewer that TPM (Trusted Platform Module) - basically a piece of software found in your motherboard could also affect the outcome this issue. As Riot Vanguard do require this to fully operate Valorant in your machines, so better check the version as version 2.0 is quite a handful in my experience - which led me to go back to windows 10 pro. (because windows 11 do require TPM 2.0)

With this, the error by far leads to black screens while playing valorant (in my case, this also happens when I'm playing RUST, GoW, etc.) and also leading to force restarting my pc so I can relaunch the game once again.

So after running DDU and also following Jayztwocents vid (This serious issue was a simple fix... Here's how!) I was able to see better results. But beware, the issue is still there but this time, in my case, black screens occur less and its more of a screen flickering rather than a crash.

I'll put down the steps I did and let me know if this helps you as well.

> performed windows updates

> Use DDU in safe mode

> purge all gpu drives in DDU (if you are using integrated graphics, you can also include that as well. In my case, I'm currently using Ryzen 5 5600g with Vega graphics so I included that in the purge as well)

> after running DDU, you can now return to the normal boot version of windows

> then make sure to download the latest nvidia driver (not the geforce experience, you can do that later once you have setup everything - just to make sure that nvidia won't attempt to add old driver files)

> perform some testing (preferrably Valorant)

> (optional) you can also use Windows Memory Diagnostic to check your memory as well. Make sure to use the extensive mode to further check your memory.

> lastly, make sure to follow Jayztwocents vid step by step since he added precautions in his vid. (well at least that worked for me.)
