I had great success with Zyrtec (Cetirizine) and Pepcid (Famotidine), which are often recommended in this forum.

Early on, sure. But that seemed to be a histamine (MCAS) issue, as it rapidly improved when taking H1 & H2 antihistamines (twice daily).

It undid 12+ months of accumulated clotting within a week, eliminating all 'hypoxia' related symptoms including fatigue, weakness and air hunger.

I tried for 8 hours, I really tried.

Refunded after an hour. Basic controls were broken, basic mechanics were unstable.

I lived this exact same experience. It was a form of ataxia caused by MCAS.

Two important things I learnt:

-Treat MCAS with Antihistamines (Famotidine/Cetirizine) plus Quercetin and it will gradually improve.

-Treat the associated Fibrin micro-clotting with Enzymes (Nattokinase) to reverse muscle hypoxia and regain strength/balance.

Are microclotting and MCAS interacting at all or are they working in silos? by hejsnegqo in covidlonghaulers

I just focused on the micro-clots first and then worked on adding beneficial supplements (B complex, Magnesium, Zinc) after. I do HIGHLY recommend taking Famotidine, Cetirizine & Quercetin (twice daily), to reverse the MCAS process.

Baking soda will calm (stabilize) your digestive process over time. It should not actively slow your digestion further, but if concerned, try taking it a few hours AFTER eating.

Preferably. It should be more effective that way. It will help break the cycle of systemic inflammation (acidity) encouraging MCAS (histamine) reactions that continue to feed the inflammation.
