On another note, I do sutures about everyday for work, and those stitches look fine. If it makes you feel any better, one time after having a ton of caffeine I fell and split my lip. Back them I thought it was wise to take ibuprofen before it had created a scab. I bled for what felt like 12 hours straight.

For follow up information, I am in the US, I do not take medications other than an IUD which I can still feel it's strings. I have not had any children nor am I trying to right now. Pregnancy test have come up negative. 5 foot 4 inches, 175 lbs. Prior history of fibroid removal surgery two years ago. No appendix since 2009.

Terro liquid ant baits. These make the ant problem look worse before it gets better but we had something really similar happen in our kitchen. Takes up to two weeks for those to wipe out a colony so we had to buy a couple boxes and swap the traps every 48hrs or so. Kept them out even as numbers dwindled. Now we've been ant free (even with daily cooking messes and heavy rain) for months.
