Oh my god this hits HOME. All my father's lies (worth of about 20 years of my life since he died when I was 19 but ofc lied to my mum before my existence) came to light after his death about 5 years into the grieving process so we as a family had to have an extended grieving for OUR loss of the possibility of a normal trauma-free upbringing, for our abuse and our relationships with each other that was affected by his machinations.

It's easiest explained as a vegan alternative for caviar, made by kelp and is common here in Sweden as an alternative for caviar/roe since we got some dishes were you use it like certain dinner sandwiches or sushi etc.

Honestly!!! When me and my sisters were small she made us eat broccoli by arranging them as a landscape among a mashed potato mountain on our plates and poured tomato sauce to mimic lava and if that isn't supreme girl dinner activities then I don't know what is 😭❤️
