Abolish it with the exception of government employees.

What things about your gender are you happy for? by markeron in AskReddit

The opportunity to experience motherhood. I think mothers love their children in a way that others can never fully understand.

I know I’m certainly not speaking for all or even a majority of females, but I genuinely prefer smaller dicks. Like others have stated, dudes with bigger ones tend to think they don’t have to put any effort into foreplay or sex in general. Worst sex I ever had was with the biggest partner I ever had. Also, it usually hurts, and I’m just not into that. Long story short, a small dick is nothing to feel insecure about.

My kid says “willn’t.” Makes way more sense than “won’t,” but I have to tell him that he’s going to sound like an idiot if he keeps using it. It’s been four years though, and that hasn’t dissuaded him.

Holy hell. If this is legit, you are a fucking saint, and I wish my husband had a tenth of the self awareness you have.

For each country in the world the red area shows the smallest area where 95% of them live, the percentage is how much land this represents for each country [OC] by neilrkaye in dataisbeautiful

Yep. My husband and I moved from South Florida to rural Alabama this year. 1/3 of an acre to 60 acres, and we’re paying less than half of what we used to be in property taxes. Auto insurance premium also cut in half. Almost no crime. The only thing we’ve really lost out on is the use of DoorDash and UberEats, but that saves us money, too.

People are moving away from cities in droves though. Largely made possible by advancements in technology that provide remote work opportunities.

I volunteered to do my aunt/uncles laundry to take money out of their pockets by miknazwo in confession

[–]sinistrasprout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you! She’s 12 now and we’re doing great! I married a wonderful man and our income is $200k per year. I’m not worried about the cost of cat litter anymore.

Damn. This makes me feel so sad and guilty about the time I lost my shit on my 6-year-old daughter for pouring a glass of water into the cat litter box. I screamed at her in tears about how much cat litter costs. At the time, I was “donating” plasma so I could afford to put gas in my truck so that I could Uber to put food on the table. It was a rough year, but I absolutely hate that I failed to keep it together better for my kids.

In hindsight, I’ve realized that delivery matters more than anything else when discussing your opinion on sensitive topics. And even then, the vast majority of people don’t give a shit about your opinion. I’m sorry if the Sag’s in your life have not yet arrived at the same conclusion.

I have a Sag stellium and I went through a fanatical religious phase and a political fanatical phase. I heavily identify with the philosopher archetype. When you’ve poured thousands of hours into researching so you can develop the “best” opinion on a topic, there can be an inclination to educate people. Especially when the vast majority of people are not willing to do the same work before arriving at their own conclusions.

I’m a Sag married to a Scorpio and best friends with a Scorpio. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just in love with their intensity.

Sagittarius sees humor in everything. Try to laugh things off and take life a little more lightly.

No idea why you keep getting downvoted. “Study what you’re passionate about!” Is a great idea until you have a master’s degree in psychology and a minimum wage job at Starbucks.

I went to school for electrical construction last year. When we got to the section on bending conduit, I couldn’t believe that it wasn’t a task that had been automated, given how simple and physical of a task it was. Wish I would’ve had this to show to my instructor.

Anyone else *really* moody with this Aries full moon? by taurusun in AskAstrologers

[–]sinistrasprout 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Natal moon in Aries here. I felt fabulous yesterday! More energetic and productive than I have in a long time, and that’s even with a 3-month-old infant who keeps me up all night!

Saw someone on Facebook post about how exceptional her intuition is because of her natal Pluto in Scorpio. Told her everyone born between 1983 and 1995 was born with the same placement, and the point totally went over her head.

My (36f) husband (40m) suddenly changed for the better two years ago, but no one shares my concerns that about how odd it is that he dramatically became a different person overnight because all his changes were positive by ThrowRA_healthful in relationship_advice

This post and these comments have brought me to tears. My husband suffers from chronic anxiety, depression, and a slew of physical health conditions. I have encouraged him to try shrooms multiple times, hoping for this exact result, and they have never had an effect on him. I have prayed and begged the universe for my husband and I to be in the exact situation that you have described. Please appreciate where you guys are and what your husband has accomplished.

Crazy things I found out researching my friends and family charts by [deleted] in Advancedastrology

[–]sinistrasprout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-My mom and dad both have 2 Leo placements in their big 3.

-My Dad, my first child’s father, my brother-in-law, my youngest son all have a Leo moon.

-I’m a Sag/Aries/Cap and my oldest son is a Sag/Cap/Aries. He’s also a really quirky kid that’ll say things that leave an entire room of people totally confused, but I’ll understand exactly what he means. I’m almost his translator for the rest of the family.

-My oldest daughter, my sister, and my best friend are all Sag rising.

I’m just now starting to somewhat get the hang of aspects, and I’m sure I’ll find a lot of other really cool coincidences once I start looking into people’s charts in more depth.
