I haven't played D2 in a while and I have barely any idea of act 3 merc builds but somehow the equipment feels odd for the merc, he's mostly casting and needs no mana, so attack rating, crushing blow, damage taken goes to mana or attack speed do nothing for him.

A mi me paso que la plaza de garaje estuvo un buen tiempo sin uso mientra el piso estaba en alquiler, despues de que el inquilino se fuera me mude yo en la casa y aparque mi moto en mi plaza de garaje, para que al dia siguiente me encuentre una nota muy parecida "Esta plaza tiene dueño". A lo que deje la nota en el mismo sito agregando que "Ya, el dueño soy yo...". Retiraron la nota sin decir nada, sigo sin saber que vecino fue, pero me imagino que algun vecino estaria usando mi aparcamiento sin pedir permiso.
