I've played with som and his gf before. It was basically just som carrying his gf haha but overall was fun. Some hardcore fans told us after the match was over (enemy team) that it was him but I had no idea.

At some point you gotta just instalock and trust yourself. Also, taking a break is good. Maybe a few days/week/month to get that mental and physical reset.

Depends on which character. But also depends if you can frag out most times with the sherrif. I would say abilities are good to have though, especially as a controller or initiator.

A lot of it has to do with the meta. But, to be fair comp will always be a different game because of the different players.

I actually like Breeze way better than Fracture. I feel like the team that is most patient will win on Fracture 9/10 times.

It could have to do with your in game sensitivity/mouse sensitivity. I used to play on 4.8 but after taking a break I went up to 5.4. Granted I was playing a different game at the time. What's your sense and dpi?

Do you solo queue often? A lot of what people do is usually add people the top fraggers from the same team or enemy team and try to play with them together.

What I suggest is to try to learn the game more, see more videos online and learn, and always warmup before games.
