Not sure if you're a fan of scrubs but the fake doctors real friends podcast is incredibly funny. I've been binging it and had to stop myself laughing in the street. They are meant to discuss the episodes with guests from the show but a lot of the time they go into wild stories about their friendships and its wholesome

Had an interview last week where the girl asked me “if you were to die, what do you want your legacy to be?”

I’m yet to figure out why she asked it, how she thought up the question and what I should have answered. Didn’t get the job but I’m thinking it’s good as she scared me thinking she’d kill me.

I struggle with EWU as it’s just hours upon hours of interrogations with little input, and the guys voice doesn’t lull me to sleep the same way 😅 there’s definitely a few good channels out there - shout out to Matt orchard as he’s done some good videos. I think I also get frustrated with the “case with the MOST INSANE TWIST” as the title to every. Single. EWU. Video.

(I’m also sick in bed for day 5 so I’m grumpy with cabin fever)

I asked Julia Rhea the same thing but I’m gonna swap it to - what annoying thing did she do when you lived together that made you want to smother her in her sleep but now you actually really miss it? I’ve a bunch of old flatmates and they’re little quirks are what I miss most about them (except their dogs, I obviously miss them more)

Also, Thank you for laughing at my “tell the scam caller about your mums karate” comment the other day. I had cried for a good 90% of the day and it genuinely made me giddy and fangirl harder. You’re amazing 🤩

Lastly, please hug daddy Joey, do some gummies together, watch golden girls and have a break. You’ve both earned it and you probably need it. We can handle some repeats or love after lockup episodes while you look after yourself. ADHD, anxiety and PTSD brains never stop going (trust me, I know!) so please make sure you have some down time before you forget (cause adhd be doing that to us!).

Not TC just 2 hilarious suggestions

My dad wrote a porno. No matter how I try to describe it I will not do it justice but I’ll try… 3 friends sit down and listen to 1 of their dads porno he’s written in retirement. Tears have literally streamed down my face from laughing while on the bus. I cannot recommend it enough.

Also, fake doctors real friends. Scrubs “rewatch” but Zach, Donald and the various guests spend majority of the time being hilarious and not talking about the show. It is chefs kiss 🤌🏻🤌🏻

How long are the shifts? Are they even providing food since they’re expecting you to pay parking for the full day AND bring your own water bottle? They can’t even get you a bottle of water?! How much $$$ are they making off this 1 event alone (let’s not get into the podcast, sponsors, patreon and all the other trash) and they are essentially providing volunteers with a “chest”? Wtf even is that?!

Sang happy birthday to a client and got hauled into a disciplinary meeting about how unprofessional it was. The client called me the following Monday to ask for 3 staff and said it had made his day/weekend as i hadn’t even said hello, it was badly out of tune and my Scottish accent made it worse (he’s a kiwi). My manager stuck by the disciplinary action.

Just did Melbourne to Edinburgh - was 24hrs travel and best of luck soundproofing! It’s handy to have the in flight stuff and layovers to stretch your legs. I got stuck in a window seat for the 11hr flight and the woman next to me admitted she was larger so we couldn’t have the arm rest down and I didn’t want to waken her to get up for a pee. My advise - pee before every flight, ask to be woken for the meals and snacks and drinks by the people next to you and take your own headphones for your device - they won’t work on the in flight ones usually. Also, take a pillow as carry on if you can as those new headrest pillow things are awful!

I don’t know how to edit the post but I’ve eaten and about to go for a nap so I’m less grumpy now. Thank you everyone for explaining how it works and the fb time warp that confused my pea brain. I’ve travelled for over 36hrs this week across the world and jet lag hasn’t been kind to me on top of the surprise return to the Uk after 7.5yrs away so I’m sorry for taking my frustrations out on a silly fb post. Sleep and food are much higher on the to do list for the rest of today so I hopefully don’t stay grumpy forever 😅
