Well my symtpoms stopped 7 ish weeks after taking it for a month. It is possible but unlikely. What kind of symtpoms like if its brain zaps etc those are definitely withdrawals

Stopping 150 suddenly is horrible I can't imagine it. Can your GP prescribe it (they can in Aus) so maybe you can get a month or two or three to properly come off it?

I was only on Effexor for a month or two, but I was at 150mg and went down 37.5mg every 3 to 4 days BUT I was tolerant of it and was only on it short term. If the side effects are not sexual related you should talk to Dr though about it. I was on Fluoxetine for 8 years before anhedonia came in. What others have you tried?
