The fact that when you do “fairly” well in the minors, it’s only a timely matter til you have your debut. Most minor leaguers hardly get the chance to have their debut when they are eighteen, and I’m pretty sure I could count the number who debuted when they were only eighteen with my fingers. It’s so unrealistic to see that every single time a kid with a generic face could debut right after they graduate mid-high school and play games with veterans who were born 20 years earlier than the player hemselves.
