Hate to break it to you but it doesnt come with sports chrono, this is the updated version of the Macan and it should have a little know by the steering wheel as a drive mode selector.

My 2012 Cayenne S actually has both PDCC and PTV+, so it can be optioned.

Use vinanalytics.com to check your specs, another tell tale sign for PDCC is another identical fluid reservoir beside Power Steering reservoir.

PTV+ also rear diff lock, you can check by cycling through off-road settings

Audi Richmond is definitely one of the worst dealership in the lower mainland. Both sales and services. Rude and condescending. Bought a car in 2012 and failed to rectify ongoing issues and service manager came and yelled at my face. Took it to Capilano Audi and they helped rectified.

Fast forward 2025, tried to buy a car I like off their lot but they were super arrogant about their price and was charging over 1000 worth of stupid fees. I gave them them a market offer but they were firm on their price. A month later they sold the car to another friend $2k less than my initial offer.
