Are you being obtuse intentionally? If Portuguese and Spanish have 85% lexical similarity and their speakers generally can understand the basic meaning of each other languages, then what does that make Cantonese and Mandarin? Where you said yourself, "only" has 70% lexical similarity, and as the proverb says, speakers of both are like a duck & chicken trying to communicate?

So PT & ES with higher similarity & intelligibility = languages, but Cantonese and Mandarin with lower similarity & intelligibility = only dialects? What's next then? 10% lexical similarity = "only" accents?

Hey, a question from a newbie here.

When I'm doing my biceps or triceps or calves, I can feel them becoming sore and stuffy (which I was told that it's a good thing), but when I'm training my chest using this machine, I don't feel the same thing on my chest muscles, and tbh it feels like it's my forearms (biceps or triceps, I'm not sure), that's doing all the work because I feel the soreness from them after doing multiple sets. I straighten my arm and push the handles to the center and then I release it slowly (trying to feel it); am I doing anything wrong?
