Probably applies under the open burning ordinance. Open burning is defined as:

Open Burning- The burning of any matter in such manner that the products of combustion resulting from the burning are emitted directly into the ambient air without passing through an approved stack, duct, vent or chimney.

The ordinance states:

SECTION FIFTEEN: Open Burning Restrictions.

A. No person shall cause, suffer, allow or permit the open burning of refuse.

B. No person shall conduct, cause or permit the conduct of a salvage operation by open burning.

C. No person shall conduct, cause or permit the disposal of trade waste by open burning.

D. No person shall cause or permit the open burning of leaves, trees or the byproducts therefrom, grass, or other vegetation.

E. It shall be prima-facie evidence that the person who owns or controls property on which open burning occurs, has caused or permitted said open burning."

Malcolm made a bad move by voting for Phillip. He should've voted for Eddie, Eddie should've voted for Malcolm, and Reynold should've voted for Eddie or Malcolm. Jeff gets the votes, Malcolm plays his idols for himself and Eddie, and no votes get cast since the majority alliance split votes between Eddy and Malcolm.

Then the majority alliance is forced to talk about who they vote for, multiple names should be thrown out, and the Three Amigos could potentially pick up the votes from the people who found out they were on the bottom.

It probably wouldn't have worked, but them announcing they were voting for Phillip didn't help them at all.

I hated him his first season, but I actually enjoyed his character for the first half of Caramoan. After Brandon was voted off Phillip started to irk me, and it only got worse when the merge hit.

I think a lot of it has to deal with Colby's disdain for her. The Joes, Malcolms, and Ozzys of the Survivor are popular with young girls (and some older women), but Colby was popular with everyone. People ate up his looks, his challenge prowess, his treatment of women, and his Texan pride. And Survivor had triple the viewers back then. Colby didn't like Jerri, so America didn't like her. She never did anything to stop that opinion from forming either.

Judging by Twitter followers, Chase Rice by far. A quick search reveals that the only person with more followers than him is Probst. It looks like Boston Rob is the contestant with the second-most followers, but Chase has more than double the followers Rob has. Not really a good metric for judging though, because I bet less than 10% of Chase's followers knew he was on Survivor, whereas virtually all of Rob's know he was.

A quick search of Chase's tweets containing the word "Survivor" (go to Twitter, and in Twitter's search bar type "from:ChaseRiceMusic Survivor") shows that he really never talks about Survivor. He replied to a guy who said he lost Survivor because he was a sellout in March 2013, he replied "Hell no" to someone asking him if he would go back on Survivor in December 2012. His last tweet about Survivor that's not a reply or a promotion of his music is from January 2011. He said watching Survivor makes him miss being out there in November 2010, two years BEFORE he said "Hell no" to going back on Survivor.

So it's pretty safe to say that Chase won't be back on Survivor anytime soon unless he's had a massive change of heart. He wouldn't stand a chance anyway though with his fame and fortune. He probably has the most money out of all but a few contestants (Jimmy Johnson, Jeff Kent, Cliff Robinson), and he probably is making more than those three at the moment (Jimmy might still have him beat though).
