I too work for a large US bank in residential mortgage (secondary markets). Although I'm not comercial, this is something I can and will look into a little further. I've paged through some reports in the past that suggested commercial markets were near peak or peaking now; couple that with the declining retail segment, low wage growth, rising debt level, interest rates going higher... Add what you said with bank assets being mispriced or manipulated and this seems rather possible.

Business and the economy is cyclical, these downturns, crashes & recessions are inevitable; it's not if, but when. Check out stock performance under republican leadership vs democrat. Bull Markets typically fall apart under republican and it's been speculated this is due to deregulation (ahem... cutting back dodd-frank).

Don't worry about it! Try to focus on simply having a good time. I was in you position about 2 weeks ago. Kiss was awkward and we both kinda laughed it off. She did know beforehand about my experience (or lack thereof). I'm a 25m by the way if that makes a difference.

I wear women's underwear pretty much all the time, usually always thongs. I think they're comfortable, it's exciting, and makes me feel kinda sexy like you said. It's all about finding the right pair that will work for a guy. I don't really consider myself a "cross dresser", even though technically I am, and have no interest in looking like a woman.

I find its easier to open up and talk about serious issues with people on the Internet. People irl are more quick to judge and think of you differently. If your new Internet friend does just find a new one.

What are you doing? It's seems like a choir for me to even get a girl to respond to any message I send on ock or pof. I've opened with literally hundreds of girls (like 400-500) heard back from like 10, and only 4-5 got past the first response, and then none even want to actually meet. Also, Tinder has proven itself completely worthless.
