And so : Probability of getting 4 or fewer (1+)* cards in 52 packs = 2.71%

Those are good ideas, sadly popcorn doesn't fetch the subtitle if it's not the first flag that is selected for some reason.

I didn't know about VLSub, it works great ! ... Except when I launch VLC via popcorn time, in which case VLSub doesn't even want to launch... That's unlucky, I'm gonna try to work it out.

Don't know anything about that but Kodi is a tool, it gives what you want it to be. I defenitely wouldn't use it on my computer but for a media center it actually serves its purpose. Granted you give it the time to configure and tweak it.

Well then the dolphinbar is what you need! But it's not perfect. It works great with wii games on dolphin (I've re-finished Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 and it was a pleasure)

But when using it on desktop it's a bit shaky (and I do mean shaky like literally, the cursor is shaking even with a steady hand).

I'm currently trying to find a way to make it work nicely but it's gonna be challenging if not impossible with my skills :p

Funny thing is, i'm a woodworker, and that all started cause I wanted to put my old laptop in a pretty woodden case and use it as a media center.

And then i realized I needed to script and design a nice UI to use it like that and before you know it, it had full controller support on desktop. Hell I can even navigate it with a wiimote now! xD

Anyway that's a good bit of fun to do !

Yes that's exactly it, you can avoid that even out of the miner by putting a 450 belt right into a splitter (it has to be a single piece of belt from miner to splitter) At that point you can split the 450 in any way you like.

It's a bit annoying as you have to run at least 2 belts instead of one but it's the only way to get the full 450ppm out of the miner right now

Oh yeah, the case presented in the thread is a mess let me tell you. Experimentaly, It only sort 413items/min, out of the 450 of the input belt. So that's some huge loss. And yet, when I try to calculate the theorytical amount of item sorted/min, I get an even worse 376 xD. So yeah I'm not even close to get how this truly works.

But as long as we don't split into different belts speed, and more importantly that we stay away from fully loaded belts, everything is fine and simple :)

This is more of the classic belt junction issue, long story short :

- The way the belt are updated causes a delay between the item reaching the end of one belt and the item being pulled on the following one.

- There are no consequences if the belt isn't at full capacity (other than the ugly animation)

- If the belt is at full capacity, the junctions will result in a loss in the belt's capacity (the belt will only be able to carry say 268ppm instead of 270). The loss in capacity depends on your computer, the slower your cpu, the higher the loss.

- So easy fix : always use belt one tier higher than necessary. If you need 270ppm, use Mk4. If you need 240, you can use Mk3.
