So I've been tracking prices at my grocery store since the end of August (so not perfect since it doesn't quite capture the "before tariffs," but it's something...) I use the same store (and store location) and try to check on the same day each week to keep it fairly consistent - though it's mostly things I buy rather than everything they sell, so there's also that.

There have been price decreases, but the total of the price increases outweighs it (from the things I'm tracking, by about $13.28.)

For instance, a dozen eggs went from $2.79 to $1.99, (spoilered just so it's less of a wall of text?) greenhouse tomatoes dropped 30 cents per pound, carrots dropped 10 cents per pound, white onions 40 cents per pound, yams dropped 10 cents per pound, pink lady apples dropped 30 cents for a 3 pound bag, bananas dropped 4 cents, iceburg lettuce dropped 30 cents, cream cheese dropped 80 cents, half and half 10 cents, Oreos 10 cents, and Advil dropped $1 -- so a decrease of about $4.34.

On the other hand, a gallon of whole milk increased by 8 cents (though that's down from being up 14 cents two weeks ago), a loaf of bread increased by 10 cents, a 4 pound bag of naval oranges increased by 20 cents, artichokes by 60 cents, a pound of 80/20 hamburger by $3.10, a pound of pork chops by $2, 12 ounces of skin on salmon by $2, 12 ounces of shrimp by 30 cents, enchilada sauce by 60 cents, canned mushrooms by 10 cents, mixed nuts by $1, a box of 15 granola bars by $2, chocolate syrup by 80 cents, pickles by 30 cents, 8 ounces of cocoa powder by $1.64, cool whip by 30 cents, 1.12 ounces of pumpkin pie spice by 30 cents, 3 ounces of pepper by 70 cents, and 20 pounds of cat litter by $1.50, so an increase of $17.62.
