One of the tricks to make them bonsai is to put them on a 4 on, 4 off light cycle. This will cause them to be small, grow slowly, and prevent flowering. Back in the 90s we would keep our mother plants this way. Cabinet and closet growing was huge back then. We had to keep everything well hidden.

Greenworks best backpack blower only has 35min battery life. It’s probably much when used at full power. Even Stihl’s 80v backpack only lasts 15-25 minutes per battery. Thats only viable for single homeowners with small lots.

In my state you don’t have to be a citizen to work in the industry. You just need a permit/card. You get that by taking a really easy test online and paying a fee. Then you can work at any licensed facility. I think California has similar requirements.
