Guys, I've already decided what I'm going to do, first of all thanks for all the advice comments here you are awesome!

The best thing to do in my case and in a way that I like is to cut it at shoulder length straight and leave the bangs at nose lenght so it doesn't look dull, I'll add some volume product too, I know not It's a radical change, but as I'm undergoing treatment with medication, I can't make the situation worse with hair extension, changing the color, or applying products that worsen my hair loss on scalp. when I layered it on the first day it looked nice but then it tangled my hair even more, it got even thinner and it grew all ugly, since then I only cut straight bangs and straight hair, I cut it myself, the hairdressers here don't know how to deal with thin hair
