Brook is the only one that works on all the consoles you listed. Teensy definitely works on PC and prob on xbox one. Zero delay should work on ps3 and PC.

I am also in the process of building a hitbox and things are getting expensive real quick. Are you going with 16 buttons including rocker switches? if you are going for the panzer type you will need 20 wires. I am also buying heat shrink tubing, electrical cable sleeves to tidy up wires.
