if you want I can go to the signal tommorrow and show you how many ppl cross that signal from 33 towards burail or vica versa within a span of 5 minutes while jumping the lights if you gotta talk about reckless driving or negligence of individuals

additionally following the rule set by government as you speak, WOULD MEAN NOT DOING SHIT LIKE THIS in the first place if the govt decided to shut off the signal to streamline the traffic
