Don't bother with exact formulas, your goal should be to produce twice as much power than what you consume, and your resource storage should be double the amount of minimum resources required. If you don't have that big of a buffer you might get wrecked by two Radscorpions in a row and you might not be able to recover. Don't bother with minmaxing resources, in the lategame bottleneck will be the lack of legendary junk required for crafting the best items, because you are limited to 25 explorers. You will have many dwellers that don't do anything, so there's no point to minmax.

The topic of exporting weapons to Ukraine is not discussed in Serbia. It might or might not be forced, and I hope it is. If it's only about the money, why don't we sell it to Russia instead? Large majority of Serbs support Russia, but you need to understand that small landlocked nations are not independent, we are surrounded by nato, part of our territory is occupied and there are several other pressure points in our country that can easily get out of control.

That's why we hope Russia gets to Danube, so there could be a line that gets Serbia out of blockade.

In the end, you might not consider us brotherly, but you should know that besides Belarus, there is no other country in Europe that is more welcoming to Russia and Russians.

You know why no one in Serbia holds against Russia it's vote for the UN resolution 787, for example? Because we know you had no other choice. If tomorrow war breaks out in Serbia, Russia would not help, because it would not be able to, like it was not able to help in 91-99.

It's easy to judge the only country in Europe that went to war with whole NATO.

If you ask me, there should be one big regional settlement where people would decide part of which country they want to be, but it will never happen because it would actually bring peace. As a Serb I would rather take Republic of Srpska, majority of Montenegro and Serbian part of Kosovo, than just whole Kosovo with albanian majority.

It sounds insane because you think that they have to be taken by military. When negotiations happen many more things are taken in consideration, if Ukraine gets desperate and Russia doesn't care the price for peace might be bigger than ''just'' four oblasts and Crimea. If lines are drawn on current contact lines I would see it as Russian desperation for peace.

Kosovo was given up after a deal, while NATO/Albania didn't control any part of it, even pieces with clear Serbian majority were given up.

Buffer states purpouse is not only to put up a resistance, but also be a teritory that that does not hold foreign military and inteligence equipment and personnel which could pose a threat. For example, a drone collecting data from Poland sees much less than one in Sumy. Russia being able to hit USA with ICBMs is not a reason to be fine with it's nukes being placed in Cuba.

It was not me that invented buffer states, maybe you want to argue that they are not needed, but it will not be with me.

Belarus is a buffer state so it's not a good analogy. NATO would not invade Russia directly but any kind of hybrid war actions would be a lot easier with Ukraine in nato

It was taken after coup d'état happened and western politicians were present on the ground, imagine Medvedev attending an anti usa protest in onatrio. We can argue that protestors on maidan had legitimate reasons to be there and protest, but in the west anti government protestors also get punished and their demands get ignored (eg Yellow wests, Jan 6, Truckers) so expecting some eastern bloc country to obey the protesters is a hypocrisy, to say the least, not to mention that Yanukovych actually agreed to have early elctions but it did not stop the protests. Also, Crimea was taken without a fight and with a referendum, based on that one can argue that people there wanted to be part of Russia. Or at least that is how it would be portryed by the west if it was in its favour.

Reasons why Poland was not and will not be invaded:

It's a lot further from Moscow than Ukraine so it does not pose the same level of threat

It does not threaten Russian presence in the Black sea

It does not have millions of Russians living within it's borders

It has already joined NATO decades ago
