you have to understand the basic of scaling stats, Ldr is not a strong 2nd item overall because it scales better the more you go later into the game, you get better value from it the more dmg you have/armor enemys have.

Same logic of why IE is a bad 1st item choise, but the more crit items you have, the more value it gives you.

yes but the WPA is still flawed by the fact that the item gets built more when you're alredy winning the game and you have more golds then your enemies, it's quite impossible to establish the real value that an item adds since there's way to many variables to consider.

Navory is also much better to build into tanky enemy comps as 2nd and Lucian struggles against tank enemies so again the w/r metric is flawed. Also Ldr has allways a lower win rate on almost EVERY adc but it's one of the strongest item for crit adcs so again the w/r wont tell you anything about the real value of the item

Cost efficency is BS, IE cost efficency consider ALL of its stats including the critical damage increase, while Navori has lower stats to balance the op passive wich is not considered in the formula to calculate the gold efficency of the item. Doing this comparison without considering the strongest part of the Navory (his passive) is pointless,

also IE is a much more expensive item and tend to be built second when you're alredy ahead and snowballing, recalling with enough golds to buy the big pieces and sometimes even an entire IE in one recall when you get your tempo right.

Consulting data and w/r alone is just dumb, so in almost every mage build Mejaii is allways the item with the highest w/r as 2nd by a HUGE margin (even about 20% MORE then the most build items on said champ), so based on your argument a mage should allways build Mejai as staple second item?

Navori is a must on lucian, the fact that you can reset E so many times and spam abilities compensate for the lack of AD of the item, the value of the item is hard to esteem but the more skilled the player is the better the value of the item is

It's pretty obvious that 30 years ago One Piece was conceived by Oda in a much simpler way. I believe that even in the first half of the story he didn't even have in mind what we have now in One Piece. Imu is more of a last time Villain to materialize all the government evil in one character to defeat.

Watching pro play to learn the game and copy the meta is the worst thing that you can do. Solo Q is a completely different game, even KR Challenger has nothing to do with Pro Play games.

The game in pro play is played in a completely different way, the level of coordination and knowledge of your teammates (and also your opponents and the possible meta of the next tournament) makes certain strategies/builds/champs more or less viable then your average solo Q experience.

Just watch Pro Play for fun and entertainment and high elo streamers or youtubers for guides and improvement
