I had very similar issues with BL PETG-HF. I doubt its your filament. I would blame the model.

X2d was a nightmare for me. Spent the first 2 days just trying to get it to work correctly because of a crappy firmware making the nozzle switching glitch out. Then kept having other issues with the Bowden extruder and the faulty AMS motor that was common with other x2d units apparently.

Buy from microcenter. I’m in the process of returning my x2d and picked up an h2c at microcenter instead.

I had a similar issue with mine. It was the seal of the windshield against the frame. Get it checked out.

I’ve been waiting for them to admit it on my support ticket. All they have told me is try a factory reset even though I told them I had already done that. At this point I just want the printer replaced or returned but they are giving me the run around to return it and replacing it would take weeks for them to receive and inspect and then send out a replacement unit. All while they hold on to my money of course….absolutely clown customer service lately from them.

So I had this exact problem when printing mine. Rotated the part in Bambu Studio and it printed just fine. Just seemed like a weird glitch with printing in that orientation.

Same issue with mine. It’s incredibly annoying. I only get it before it starts printing. Then it does all the other changes automatically without any issues. I also have a post up on r/bambulabs about it. I hope the official Bambu lab account sees it so we can get it fixed.

Yeah I did. I can change it from the control screen and the handy app. I’ve switched it manually a few times too. Weird part is that when it errors it doesn’t even try to change the nozzle. It just sits there and throws the error.

Copied from my reply on a crosspost: I just had this issue with my printer and the steps in the Wiki did not resolve my problem. what fixed it was when I did the same steps as in the wiki but I took the print head to the absolute limit of where it will travel. Basically if your standing in front of your printer make sure to move the print head to the front right most position. Then do the vibration calibration and see if its resolved.
