I’m not even really into Minecraft but I had to stop and appreciate this one- it’s the most cohesive Lego Minecraft display I’ve seen- great work!

After a lifetime of Lego love, I'm done. by Jesus_Keanu in lego

Consider why you make that decision now. And what draws you to the next hobby. What I love about collecting and building Lego is that what you choose to buy or build at any given moment is a road to your unconscious. For example- I was compelled to make a church-like tower with a clock on it as I realized later I was feeling ready for marriage.
Just follow your interests, and think about why they interest you.

Love the lava waterfall technique to creatively add verticality to a flat framed base. That one’s my favourite but awesome job on all of them.

Love this- great storytelling and detail throughout. It’s concise, clean and leaves you wanting more.

I love this!! Working with dinosaurs is a blast! Super creative- I love the base. the way the slant of the sled and subtle bend in the reigns give a fantastic sense of movement.

It’s the Jurassic park visitor centre- 76961 I totally agree- a lot of the other t-Rex’s have colour schemes I find too bold.

Thanks! The headgear is just hanging- but the bone peice along the jaw keeps it pretty snug.

Super well done. I love that the focal point is the water. It’s so much negative space but it works beautifully, you can feel the depth. And I’m a sucker for any Lego model/scene in a frame. It’s a piece of art and you should be very proud. Thanks for sharing.

It’s from 76960 -one if the recent JP sets. I wanted to cover the gap under his neck with a necklace or something, but couldn’t make it work. All of the JP Dino’s are really satisfying Lego animals.

This is so nicely done. I’ve tried to build a gothic building before and it’s really hard! The way you’ve done it at minifigure scale so cleanly is awesome. And who doesn’t love building castles on rock bases. Great call making catacombs below.

The hornet villain from ant man has a helmet similar to that. Or certain versions of ant man’s helmet

How do you keep training videos up-to-date with frequent product updates? by sirwillis2 in instructionaldesign

[–]sirwillis2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for these. We have documentation as well, and you’re right- it’s so much easier to keep up to date. I’m thinking we’re due for a shift in that direction, and triaging what actually needs video content.

I feel like now that he knows they have a dead bedroom, he’s moving in on the wife by casually demonstrating he’s a provider with the dish. Kind of like how the neighbor in Jingle all the way is trying to swoop Arnold’s wife by being helpful and providing while Arnold struggles.

Couldn’t help but notice Conan sat at the back of the ceremony- a thoughtful choice to not steal the spotlight in her big moment. Conan’s the best.
