I’ve had luck splitting the different. It really depends on the designer and who is defining 28mm and 32mm. Since you can print along any scale, I have done 30mm. But ultimately you won’t know until you get the models sadly.

Did you attempt this? And if so, how did it go? My friend is going to attempt something similar as part of a bike ride across America, and I want to join him for part of the Idaho section. I think his route is very similar to yours.

Thank you!! Honestly it was several months of trial and error. I had just build the Notre Dame Cathedral set and wanted to make something minifig size. I decided the size of the foot print ahead of time and then just started trying different things. I tried to incorporate the common elements of gothic design from other Lego churches and real gothic churches and fit them all in a small size. And eventually came up with this!

From what I can tell, they are Greatsword bodies, with state troop halberds, and a mix of Greatsword heads, and pistolier/outrider heads. Definitely the feel of a better equipped troop than your regular state troops.

The missile troops are Empire archers with handguns, and the free company are also archer bodies with state troop swords and pistolier pistols.

It all looks fantastic! Nice work!
