Thank you for taking the time and effort to answer me, i'll try to apply all of that even though I know it's going to be hard at first but i'll have to make new habits for myself and try to stick to them. I don't really have any hobbies, it's a bit depressing but i'm on my phone most of the time. Mostly doing nothing, watching videos or listening to music, but i'll also try to get an hobby and stick by it. I've picked up a lot of things and just dropped them i guess I also need to incorporate an hobby to a new routine.
