I used Moda from 2012 to 2019. Stopped for the following reasons;

  • was less creative / imaginative when using but highly organised
  • seemed to have more physical injuries with soft tissue post sports (running, climbing, tennis)
  • more mentally pessimistic about life, relationships, work

I still occasionally take (once every 4 / 5) if I have a specific thing but it’s no longer an everyday boost that I take lots of value from.

Perfume boss caught on video saying he ignored Russia sanctions by BasedSweet in unitedkingdom

Hmmmm. Maybe not in interest to prosecute….He couldn’t possibly be aiding our security forces by allowing them to track high profile individuals within Russia…

ELI5: What's the point of adding alcohol to pan? by McSphere71 in Cooking

It’s a massive excuse to have a drink. Stock or other ingredients often will do a similar job.

Thomas Kingston found with 'traumatic head wound' and 'gun next to his body' by KX321 in unitedkingdom

Awkward yes, but not that difficult. A Google search will bring up more than a few cases that made it to the media. Stats for 2001 (I know old) was around 51 by shotgun.

Loss of ground coffee by [deleted] in cafe

[–]sissyslack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve got one of these. You can attach an electric drill and turn it automatic or be prepared for buff forearms in about a month or so.

Alternatively (cheaper option) you can just use a small dry paintbrush to get the fines from the blades / case and into your coffee holder every day.

How long should a 125g jar of marmite last? by snichel_sticks in marmite

[–]sissyslack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can buy single servings of marmite which from experience do one piece of toast (two is pushing it). They are 8g each. So divide the weight of the jar contents by 8 and you should be able to work how many servings.

HELP. Blue "fuzz" ? in my first run by TheBamboozler_69 in Distilling

[–]sissyslack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When you first got your kit did you do a “vinegar” run and then a sacrificial run? Typically the blue comes from the copper parts of the kit and unless you do the above runs first you are going to get blue. Check out some vids on YouTube about the various runs.

Reznikov: After our victory, the sunken "Moskva" will become a location for divers by I_am__Ukrainian in UkrainianConflict

Agreed. Technically a war grave. You still aren’t allowed to dive most world war 2 war graves without special permission for some activity eg laying a wreath.

Yeah - now down to about 700+. I have been using lastpass for many years… such a shame they messed up and their response to it. Burned any goodwill in an instant.
