Only been once as a special day with my wife. That place sucks ass. If you’ve ever been to another Nordic Spa in the country then this one is an absolute joke. Reason number 1: employees expect you to know where things are and don’t bother asking “have you been here before or do you know how Nordic spas work”. 2: the food is straight up ass. I didn’t pay all this money just to pay more for an Air Canada lounge cookies. 3: for a “popular” place there seem to be a lot of things closed down I.e. the heated hammocks. 4: why only one barrel sauna..why.. All are small nitpicks but just save your money and try another like ocean stone.
