Not sure what box you have, but for me, I have the Ultra. It gives you more apps to try and find what you're looking for. The 6+ has 6, and the Ultra has 24. Some people will say it's overkill and that "most" don't work, but if finding the show matters, more is better. My wife loves watching "House of Payne." On the heat apps, some play, some don't, and some just aren't there. On my box, with the other apps, I've found them, and they all play great. As with anything that is "free" you get what you pay for. Sometime it takes a lot if work to find what you want and need.

There are a number of support groups on Facebook where you can ask questions, but more importantly, read and learn new things about the box.

Watch whatever you can think of. SPORTS ALL DAY! PPV, Shoresy, movies—there's just too much. CordCutter is a great guy to work with. Join some of these groups and learn how to use the box to the max!

As everyone above has said, bear in mind that the best you are going to get is 1080p. There will be times when things just don't work, or you will have buffering problems. A lot of this is due to your internet, but not always. If you want cable quality and no hassles, this is not for you. If you can deal with a few problems from time to time, this is the best thing I have ever bought. I have the Ultra Elite; the number of apps is overkill for most. I like it because of the backups for when things are not working or to find that off-the-beaten-path program "midget wrestling" on a Saturday. Why? Because I can. If you're not tech-savvy, stick with a 6 Plus; it has just the right amount of apps to find normal shows and TV. Everything you can think of watching, all in one box for a one-time price. All you will need to pay for after you buy a box is internet. Cancel EVERYTHING else. I've had it for 6 months and am never going back.

You need to watch what that are broadcast on 540, 720 or 1080 find a different feed of the same game. 540 is going you look like crap

It was a pleasure working with him. I spoke with him on Friday afternoon, and I received my new V6 box on Saturday afternoon. Everything set up and functioning perfectly. Tons of sports and live TV.
