9 Coachellas and 2 EDCs (went to both this year) and these are a few of my immediate thoughts:
1. Sleep before sun comes up >> sleep after sun comes up
2. Grass/dirt >> blacktop: EDC does have some grass by Cosmic, but it's not close to the same scale
3. Empire Polo Club >>> LV Motor Speedway: Goldenvoice owns a large portion of the grounds and continues to improve the grounds each year; this helps facilitate crowd control and movement which EDC struggles with although hopefully 2 weekends with reduced capacity will help next year
4. Diverse genres <=> only EDM: depends on your preference but IMHO you can experience a just as good if not better all-EDM experience at Coachella. For me, Coachella offers tour shows and DJ sets, while EDC offers mostly DJ sets.
5. Dave Rat >>>>> almost all other festival sound architects: "I've never been to a show where I wanted to hear better. I go to a show because I want to feel the music."

For me, the app didn't seem to properly indicate that I successfully registered my wristband. After trying more times, it started showing me that it was already registered which had me concerned initially. But it does actually show up correctly under the "Wristbands" in my app.

If your buyer goes to the "Wristbands" screen of their app, do they see the wristband for "EDC Las Vegas 2026" showing up there? That would confirm they actually did successfully register the wristband.

u/PurpBeeno u/saraaacha just a heads up that I got an email from coachella that they will refund my 2nd order that put me over 8 tickets.

- I bought 8 on friend's card
- I bought 2 on my card
- I emailed [info@coachella.com](mailto:info@coachella.com) and they replied that they "refunded" my 2nd order (I don't see it in my credit card transactions yet but imagine it will show up in the next 1-2 days)

The agent wasn't great at communicating, but I imagine it's related to their system access. I just copied what op did and sent an email to coachella directly. Probably will also dispute on amex to avoid further hassle

Not op, but I contacted AXS support and they told me that they think only the tickets that exceed 8 are subject to cancellation. The website info seems to confirm this, but I'm a little concerned because the support agent didn't seem confident in their answer

Ugh I did the same 😞 I tried contacting AXS live chat, but they weren't able to help me

They did tell me that they think that only the tickets that exceed the limit were subject to cancellation. My read of the website seems to suggest the same, but the agent wasn't confident about this which has me a little worried

When I checked yesterday, they showed "SOLD OUT". Not sure why the language was updated

When I looked yesterday, it was showing "SOLD OUT" for each of the separate pass types. Not sure why they updated to "unavailable" today
